A few years ago, we engaged Jake Showalter to construct a couple of buildings for us – a supply storage building for our Water Department and a storage facility for our vehicles at the Power Plant.. Mr. Showalter was easy to work with, and provided a quality product in a timely manner. The buildings are strongly constructed and have served us well. We were very pleased with the final product.
Excel building solutions did a fantastic job on our steel building. The building was customized to fit our needs. From the precise layout of the foundation, to the final trim work, we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend excel building solutions to anyone in need of this type of construction.
After talking with many representatives from other companies, we decided that Excel Building Solutions was the one for us. The information, specifications and drawings were straight forward. We have a quality building, and the price was right.
Being president of the Mascoutah Improvement Association, I was in charge of getting bids on an all-steel or pole building to be built in our city park. This building was to be used for our 4-H Ag show during the annual city Homecoming celebration. After review and checking many different metal buildings and pole buildings, we chose Excel Building to furnish and erect our building. This was not the cheapest option for us, but it was best suited for our park. The Excel Building factory representative was there to answer all of our questions and gave us demonstrations about building options.
The first building we decided on was 50’ x 350’ with a 50’ x 100’ enclosed on a slab floor. We had one major problem when it was complete; it wasn’t big enough. We needed a restroom and work shop area added. We again contacted Excel Building. They came through for us answering questions and getting us what we needed. We added on another 50’ x 100’ to make the rest room and shop area. We installed a finished floor, a stage area, p/a system and now the building is being used for all types of events: parties, prayer breakfasts, auctions, and bingo. We have found this building to not only look nice but is very user friendly.
We are planning to add on again and we will be calling Excel Building for assistance. We have also shown this building to quite a few farmers and others we knew were going to build. We have refered them to Excel Building and know of at least four that have bought from Excel Building because of our recommendation.
Thank you for the quality product you provide. We are especially happy with the knowledge and service that Excel Building provides to us.
Having been a Pre-engineered Metal Building Erector for over 30 years and having erected buildings from all the major manufactures during that time, the buildings you specify and sell are the best and easiest to erect that I’ve erected. Your demanding quality along with personalized on the job instruction is hard to beat. Keep up the good work; we look forward to the next job.
We are very pleased with the steel building bought from Excel Building. The building is very high quality and well insulated. We use the building typically more in the winter months and it is heated. Our utility bills are very reasonable for the size of the building, but I am sure a lot of that is due to the quality of the building. Thanks, Jake, for all your help.
I believe beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Our lovely 50x80 METAL Red Barn has red exterior steel ribbed walls, a white metal roof, white metal liner panels on the inside, three roof sky lights, and three roof ventilators that we can open and shut with a chain. We installed a concrete Floor. We installed white painted X's on the big sliding double front and rear doors. We installed and love our weather vane and look to it for wind direction all the time. The horse's nose points where the wind is coming from. Our METAL barn has been standing since 1999. It has withstood some horrible wind and tornados. We live in tornado ally in Missouri, as you know. Also with tornados come some very BAD hail, which our house roof didn't survive and had to be replaced. The barn roof and walls did not fail. It is insulated so all sound is muted when it rains, hails, snows, etc. Horses do not mind, and we don't either. Sometimes it rains so hard we can not see the barn from the house. Our lovely metal barn is still there. Thanks Jake for your advice and a job well done.
