Participated in Commercial and Industrial Construction. Participated in the building of pre-engineered metal all-steel buildings for industrial use in automotive product manufacturing. Installed all types of conveyors (overhead, inverted, roller skate, belt and rolling bar.) Installed all sorts and types of multi-million-dollar manufacturing machines and equipment: alignment, bolting together of parts, etc. Assisted in the construction of college student dorms, student union building, gymnasium, waste water treatment plant, nursing home, office buildings, St Clair Square Mall, banks, and first phase of the Melvin Price Alton Lock and Dam. Proficient in the reading of blue prints drawings and specifications pertaining to material takeoff, steel placement and millwright work.
Worked for FIEMA on a Cat Team as an Insurance Adjuster under the National Flood Program, and as an Independent Adjuster investigated, analyzed, and negotiated claims concerning wind, hurricanes, mud slides, floods, ocean water wave surge and surface water run off. Work also entailed doing reports, drawing plans/blue prints of damaged buildings, specifications of materials and requirements to rebuild the structure. Required extensive travel throught the USA. Posted an E&O Bond in the amount of $2,000,000 and never had one claim against my E&O Bond.
Served in U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force Reserve AFCS# 555 Carpenter, Plumber & Electrician.

Continued selling and erecting steel pre-engineered buildings.
